Our Classes

Satyam Yoga classes have a Sadhana (Practice) focus for the physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual body. You will receive hands on assists and adjustments suited to your level of practice and expert guidance with Pranayama, Meditation and Asana.

Satyam Yoga classes are currently held at Nuffield Health Club in Derby and in 2025 there will be more classes available at other locations.

Mondays 9.45-11AM

Meditation and Pranayama (Breath work) A gentle class to begin the week. Focusing on specific Asanas (postures) so that technique is correct and full benefits of the Asana can be experienced.

Restorative Yoga. A deep healing practice to calm the nervous system and move into the Parasympathetic System. The perfect antedote to a busy lifestyle! Great for sleep and deep relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga. A more dynamic class to move the body and challenge self-beliefs and constructs, we move, we flow, we release. A fun morning experiencing joy and harmony.
